Traditionally the divorce process has been initiated by family law attorneys. Utilizing the standards and benefits of the Collaborative Process, we offer a new approach that utilizes neutral collaboratively trained and Accredited* professionals better able to address your financial and emotional issues. Divorce can begin with a neutral financial professional and a mental health professional. These are the professionals with the skillsets to help guide you through the process of reaching a financial settlement and building a parenting plan if children are involved. We are NOT eliminating lawyers from the process. We just utilize their expertise after addressing the financial and emotional issues in divorce.
